District Benevolence 2010-2011"Every virtue carries with it its own reward, but none in so distinguished and pre-eminent a degree as benevolence." - Unknown "FOLLOW YOUR GUIDE" Our District Deputy Grand Master of Hamilton Masonic District "B", R.W. Bro. Terence J. Brown, has chosen "Follow Your Guide" as the District Benevolence Project for 2009-2010. Following in the footsteps of two very successful campaigns in 2006-07 and 2007-08, our hopes are to make a significant difference in the lives of many people by supporting this very worthy cause to the best of our abilities. All monies raised under "Follow Your Guide" will go to Dog Guides of Canada, centred in Oakville and created by the Lion's Clubs of Canada, who donate free of charge to worthy recipients, Hearing Ear ($4,000), Canine Vision ($6,000), and Special Skills/Seizure Response ($10,000) Dog Guides. Please support and promote "Follow Your Guide" passionately and with great enthusiasm. Each and every donation no matter how small or how large will be gladly accepted. Donations are to be forwarded to the Hamilton Masonic Districts' Board of Relief, care of: R. E. Kerr, Secretary-Treasurer 16 Margaret Avenue Grimsby, ON L3M 4S1 Cheques to be made out to "Hamilton Masonic Districts' Board of Relief" with "Follow Your Guide" marked clearly on the front of the cheque.
