R. W. Bro. Raymond Corrin Biography


Raymond and his partner Whitney reside in the Rosedale area of East Hamilton with her children, Taryn and James.   His son, Evan, is a police officer in Alberta and his daughter, Hilary, runs her own photography business in Brantford.

Raymond enjoys marital arts, fishing, gardening and when possible, time away at their trailer. He has worked at ArcelorMittal Dofasco for more than 40 years and will retire over the next year or so.

Bro. Raymond was initiated into St. Andrews’ Lodge No. 593 on October 22, 1988, passed on February 22, 89 and raised on April 22, 1989. W. Bro. Raymond Corrins served as Worshipful Master in 1996, and again in 2008 and 2009.

Raymond is a Past President of the Past Masters Association, Past President of the Craft Association and Past President of the Shriners’ Club of Hamilton. He is the current President of Hamilton Masonic Districts’ the Board of Relief. He is also a member of the The Godfrey de Bouillon Preceptory No. 3 Knights Templar, Hiram Chapter No. 2, Murton Lodge of Perfection, The Sir William York Rite Council No. 57 and Select Masters Salem Council No.9.

R.W. Bro. Raymond Corrin is deeply thankful for the support the lodge brethren have given him over the years and grateful for the ongoing support of the Hamilton B District.

The District Deputy Grand Master’s charity this term is “Bob Kemp Childrens Hospice “Caring Together with Love Campaign”. The vision is to provide a place where children facing a life-limiting condition, and their families, receive care and support in a home-like, child friendly setting. This loving care continues as we support grieving families with a compassionate and holistic circle of care.

The theme this year is “Free Masons Leading the Future”.
